Open in our name (or title) does not imply Everything Wide Open. We are using the private messaging space Slack as a place for non public discussions amongst our student and instructor participants.

All students should get an invitation email to join our Slack

But here is a little secret many people do not know. Slack is not a complete closed environment; it does have the capability to publish public content as Posts. This is one way the key information developed, shared within a more private community can be shared outwards.

As an example, see the Getting Started Guide published as a post within our Slack.
